If the deposit is not received after 1 HOUR of BOOKING being accepted, your appointment will be canceled. Deposit can be paid with ZELLE, VENMO or CASH APP under 3179140431 Kellie McKnight • Remaining balance is due at the time of service and can be paid using CASH , ZELLE, VENMO, CASH APP, APPLE PAY, DEBIT, CREDIT OR AFTERPAY • DEPOSIT IS NON REDUNDABLE , If you cancel your appointment you lose your deposit, if you reschedule within 24 hours you will not lose your deposit however if you need to reschedule a second time you will need to pay another deposit. • If you are going to be late please notify me. If you are over 15 mins late, you will have to reschedule your appointment, and another Deposit will have to be paid. • If you are a NO SHOW, you will NOT be able to book again . • Fills ins must be maintained every 2-3 weeks! • If you are over 3 weeks, you may need to get a FULL SET. You MUST HAVE AT LEAST 40% of your LASHES to be considered for a Fill in . • NO EXTRA GUESTS • CONTACTS can NOT be worn during lash application they must be removed before and can be put back in after service . • I also have $10 referral program if the client mentions you referred them you get $10 off . • After your appointment, you will receive a punch card that will give you 10% off your fill on your 4th punch and a free fill on your 9th punch ! Cancellation Policy
